Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while leading direct reports in recruiting, training, and performance management. Drive profitability by building sales, optimizing labor and food costs, and maximizing table turnover through effective scheduling and inventory control. Resolve guest service and food quality issues, ensure compliance with safety codes, and cascade corporate initiatives to the team. Model professional behavior to maintain a hospitable atmosphere and high employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
