Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and P&L control. Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for direct reports; coach teams to ensure guest satisfaction and high engagement. Enforce safety codes, control food and labor costs through inventory and scheduling, and resolve guest complaints. Model professional behavior and maintain facility standards while optimizing table turnover and suggestive selling. Work flexible shifts including weekends to support early close hours and balance life with operational demands.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
