Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and guest service while driving sales, profitability, and cost control. Execute company policies, recruit and train employees, and resolve food quality or service issues to ensure high engagement and satisfaction. Optimize labor and food costs through scheduling, inventory management, and portion control while maintaining OSHA and health code compliance. Model professional behavior, assist with category duties, and monitor financial reports to support overall restaurant success.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
