Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and resolving guest complaints. Lead team development, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with OSHA and health safety codes. Drive profitability by controlling food and labor costs, optimizing schedules, and maximizing table turnover through sales building and portion control. Monitor inventory, maintain facility standards, and communicate financial variances to management. Model professional behavior to foster a warm, hospitable atmosphere while ensuring quality food and cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
