Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, executing company policies while leading recruitment, training, and performance appraisals. Build sales and drive profitability by optimizing labor schedules, controlling food costs through portion control and inventory, and maximizing table turnover. Resolve guest complaints, ensure compliance with health and safety codes, and maintain facility standards. Communicate sales variances to management and cascade corporate initiatives. Model professional behavior to foster high employee engagement and guest satisfaction. Available for various shifts, weekends, and early closes.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
