Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and security while executing company policies and systems. Lead direct reports through recruiting, interviewing, training, and performance management; coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction and high engagement. Drive profitability by building sales, maximizing table turnover, and controlling food, labor, and carryout costs through recipe adherence and inventory management. Resolve guest complaints, enforce OSHA and health codes, and maintain facility standards. Communicate sales variances to management and cascade corporate initiatives. Occasionally assist with category duties and champion suggestive selling. Work a variety of shifts and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
