Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Recruit, interview, hire, train, appraise, and discipline employees; resolve complaints and shape a high-engagement culture. Model professional behavior, coach team members, and meet and greet guests to address food quality and service issues. Maximize table turnover and sales per guest through suggestive selling and efficient cost controls for food, labor, and inventory. Ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety policies while maintaining facility standards and managing P&L. Control day-to-day activities including cash procedures, scheduling, and equipment use.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
