Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while building sales and driving profitability. Recruit, hire, train, and direct employees; appraise performance, resolve complaints, and shape culture through coaching and mentorship. Model professional behavior to ensure high guest satisfaction, meet and greet guests, and investigate service or food quality issues. Maximize table turnover and sales per guest by championing sales building and suggestive selling activities. Control day-to-day operations including cash security, inventory, food and labor management, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety policies while maintaining facility standards and equipment. Monitor daily activities to uphold quality and cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
