Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution to shape a high-engagement culture. Maximize table turnover and sales per guest by championing suggestive selling and optimizing labor schedules. Ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety standards while maintaining inventory, controlling food costs, and reviewing financial reports. Meet and greet guests, resolve service issues, and model professional behavior to uphold quality food and cleanliness standards.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
