Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, hitting goals, and ensuring profitability. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution to build a high-engagement culture. Maximize table turnover and sales per guest by championing suggestive selling and optimizing labor schedules. Maintain strict cost controls for food, labor, and inventory while ensuring compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety standards. Monitor financial reports, manage facility assets, and resolve guest service issues to uphold quality and cleanliness. Work a variety of shifts and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
