Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, training, and directing employees while enforcing company policies and applicable laws. Drive sales growth and profitability by optimizing labor schedules, controlling food costs through portion control and inventory management, and maximizing table turnover. Resolve guest complaints, ensure compliance with OSHA and health codes, and maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and facility safety. Communicate sales variances to management and cascade corporate initiatives to the team. Work a variety of shifts and weekends, standing for entire shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
