Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions to shape culture and ensure high employee engagement. Model professional behavior to maintain a hospitable atmosphere, resolve guest issues, and maximize table turnover and sales per guest. Control day-to-day activities including cash security, inventory, food and labor costs, and P&L management by optimizing schedules and following recipes. Ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety policies while maintaining facility standards and equipment. Work a variety of shifts and weekends to support the mission of serving farm-fresh food at Bob Evans.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
