Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, including recruiting, training, and directing staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability by optimizing labor schedules, controlling food costs, and maximizing table turnover. Resolve guest complaints, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality food and cleanliness. Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives to the team. Assist with category duties as needed and model professional behavior to foster a warm, hospitable atmosphere. Work a variety of shifts and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
