Job Summary
General Manager needed for Blaze Pizza in Frisco, TX. Lead restaurant operations, recruit and develop Managers and Team Members, drive guest satisfaction, ensure health and safety compliance, manage scheduling, inventory, and P&L to meet performance targets. Responsibilities include coaching staff, analyzing sales and labor, maintaining facilities/equipment, addressing guest feedback, and coordinating with corporate for upgrades. Requires leadership, strong communication, budgeting and analytical skills, and 4+ years of operations management in QSR/casual dining or retail. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma; college degree a plus
- 4 years of operations management experience in the Quick Service, Casual Dining or Retail environment
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Proven skills in employee and guest satisfaction; financial performance
- Basic computer literacy and data analytics knowledge
- Demonstrated track record in the manager selection, coaching and development
- Good oral/written communication skills with exceptional team building experience
- Proven ability with coaching and developing teams
