Job Summary
Oversee all Blake’s Lotaburger restaurant operations in Alamogordo, NM to protect existing sales and boost future revenue. Lead and manage staff to deliver quick, friendly service and maintain high customer satisfaction while controlling food, beverage, and labor costs. Represent the Blake’s brand, cultivate core values (Kindness, Teamwork, Passion, Process), and ensure efficient operations and welcoming guest experiences. This role emphasizes leadership responsibilities, profitability, and adherence to company culture and processes.
Required Qualifications
