Job Summary
Lead the Taiwan market entry and growth for BJAK’s insurance platform. Own regulatory licensing, insurer partnerships, distribution, and product launch to build a scalable, competitive insurance platform in Taiwan. Drive revenue growth, manage relationships with insurers and ecosystem partners, negotiate commercial partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and operations. Represent the group with regulators, partners, and stakeholders, and establish operating processes and reporting cadences to support rapid growth.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies. Experience working in a regulated insurance environment is a plus.
- Strong leadership capability with experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships.
- Understanding of the Taiwan insurance market, regulatory environment, and distribution landscape is a plus.
