Job Summary
General Manager (GM) for a market, accountable for end-to-end leadership, P&L, revenue growth, and operational excellence across business development, real estate, and operations. Drives strategy, customer relationships, and build initiatives while coordinating with multiple departments to achieve market objectives. Oversees leases, site development, EBITDA growth, CRM utilization, and a active book of business; travels within the market as needed and represents the company in the local market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of leadership experience, preferably in OOH, media, real estate, or related industries
- Proven success managing P&L or driving EBITDA growth
- Experience in business development, sales leadership, or revenue generation
- Experience in real estate, leasing or property development
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial performance and drive profitable growth
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Strong understanding of sales management, business development, and customer relationship strategies
- Knowledge of real estate acquisition, lease negotiations, and asset management principles preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work across departments and organizational levels
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to accountability and continuous improvement
