Job Summary
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards and lead team development to drive revenue and growth. Examine and process loan applications, enforce compliance with laws and regulations, and supervise security including cash management and loss prevention. Conduct opening and closing procedures, develop work schedules, and handle complex customer situations with integrity. Monitor store appearance, address facility needs, and perform external tasks like vehicle appraisals. Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check required
- The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends
- A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations
