Job Summary
Manage overall store performance by meeting company standards, coaching team members to build new business, and leading local marketing strategies to increase revenue. Process loan and pawn applications, assess risk within established limits, and enforce quality standards and compliance with state laws. Supervise office security, maintain cash management, and conduct opening/closing procedures while developing work schedules to ensure optimal staffing. Handle complex customer situations with integrity and address facility needs, including scheduling maintenance and performing on-site vehicle appraisals. This full-time role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week with regular in-person attendance, including weekends. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for certain locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check required
- The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a required for certain locations
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing
