Job Summary
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards, coaching all team members to build new business and increase growth through training on systems, account management, and performance reports. Lead the charge on local marketing strategies, B2B partnerships, and community events to drive revenue while examining and processing loan applications within established risk limits. Enforce quality standards and compliance, supervise office security including cash management and loss prevention, and conduct proper opening/closing procedures. Handle complex customer situations, develop work schedules, and oversee store appearance and facility needs. Maintain a full-time, in-person schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends
- 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing
