Job Summary
Manage overall store performance by meeting company standards and leading team development to drive revenue and build brand loyalty. Examine and process loan applications while assessing risk within established limits, and enforce adherence to quality standards and local regulations. Supervise office security, maintain cash management and loss prevention protocols, and conduct proper opening and closing procedures. Lead the charge on identifying local marketing strategies, utilizing business-to-business partnerships, and hosting community events to steer growth. Handle complex customer situations with integrity and maintain store appearance, including overseeing planograms and scheduling maintenance services. Perform duties outside the office as needed, such as on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands. Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Must be available for weekends
- Full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)

- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing
