General Manager - Big Spring DQ #64

Oversee entire restaurant operations, including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing. Manage all areas of the restaurant to make final decisions on important matters while ensuring PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into daily activities. Develop the restaurant's game plan with the Director of Marketing, ensure guest service meets company standards, and resolve customer complaints promptly. Staff, train, and develop assistant managers and hourly employees through orientations, ongoing feedback, and performance reviews. Manage restaurant schedules to ensure proper staffing for all day parts and sales volumes. Manage the P & L to optimize profit, control COGS, Labor, and Controllables. Maintain positive relationships with team members to foster a cooperative climate that maximizes morale, productivity, and efficiency. Ensure the restaurant adheres to established company standards, policies, and procedures.
