Job Summary
Own the overall financial and operational performance of Dwell Luxury Rentals, including P&L accountability, budgets, expenses, margins, and profitability. Lead, coach, and develop the team across operations, maintenance, field services, and virtual support while establishing clear roles, performance expectations, and SOPs. Oversee daily property operations, including turnovers, maintenance, vendor coordination, quality standards, and operational escalations. Set and manage portfolio revenue strategy using Beyond Pricing and market performance data. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, building strong relationships through proactive and transparent communication. Oversee the guest experience and ensure Dwell's service and brand standards are consistently maintained. Manage vendor relationships, performance, costs, and quality across cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, and specialty services. Lead the onboarding of new properties and continuously improve processes to support portfolio growth. Oversee systems and technology, including Guesty, Breezeway, Ramp, Asana/Notion, and other operational tools. Run clean operations as a profitable business unit, overseeing staffing, scheduling, quality standards, operational performance, and growth opportunities. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, service quality, and scalability across both businesses. Provide the Owners with a clear weekly update covering financial performance, operations, team and vendor performance, risks, priorities, and progress toward company goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a senior operations, General Manager, or business leadership role
- Experience in short-term rentals, property management, hospitality, or a closely related service-based business
- Demonstrated P&L ownership with direct accountability for revenue, expenses, margins, and overall business performance
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, including managers or cross-functional staff
- Strong vendor management and negotiation experience
- Experience creating and implementing processes, SOPs, and performance standards
- Strong business judgment with the ability to make decisions independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear executive-level reporting
- Comfortable learning and working within technology-driven operations
- Must be willing to work in person in Flagstaff, AZ and relocate if currently located outside of the area
