Job Summary
Manage the hotel to ensure efficient and profitable operation by optimizing guest and associate experiences while driving revenue and controlling expenses. Aggressively pursue sales goals, utilize yield management tools, and prepare the annual budget. Lead and train the team, enforce brand standards, and handle emergencies during peak hours. Monitor financial results, conduct daily and weekly meetings with department heads, and maintain safety protocols. Send daily activity reports to the Director of Operations and stay available for weekend and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years hotel operations experience
- minimum of 3 years at the management level (General Manager or Assistant GM)
- Knowledge of Choice or similar branded hotel systems
