Job Summary
Lead daily store operations, manage staff recruitment and training, and drive sales to exceed targets. Oversee inventory flow, stocking, ordering, and price changes to maintain a clean, organized store environment. Resolve customer complaints professionally, manage opening/closing procedures, and perform bookkeeping and payroll functions. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations while participating in local community events. Requires 2+ years of retail management experience, ability to lift 25 pounds, and varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
