Job Summary
General Manager for BENELUX based in Amsterdam: own the full commercial journey from first introduction to signed share agreement, lead a local team (Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Marketing Lead), set local strategy, and report to the CEO with London support. Focus on building a market capable of sustaining 100 share conversions per year, leveraging long-term, relationship-led engagement with discerning, globally mobile homeowners. Responsibilities include directing market leadership, pipeline development across private office/agent networks, brand partnerships, events, and premium experiences; managing a warm, multi-channel pipeline; hosting immersive property previews to demonstrate seamless service; and collaborating with London HQ on marketing, collateral, and strategy. Essential qualifications emphasize extensive senior-level experience in related luxury and premium sectors, C-suite presence, an established BENELUX HNW network, and strong language and travel capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in HNW relationship management, private banking, family offices, luxury real estate, superyacht brokerage, or premium hospitality at the highest level
- C-suite or Director level, with 20+ or more years of commercial experience and board-level presence
- Entrepreneurial instinct: capable of building a pipeline, creating opportunities, and operating without a rigid script
- Established network within the BENELUX HNW community
- Collaborative mindset across marketing, design, events, and leadership
- Fluent in Dutch or French, and in English
- Willing to travel significantly across Europe
