Job Summary
Lead hotel operations for Embassy Suites Waltham with a focus on overall operations, strategy, growth, and guest experiences. Drive strategic planning, financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation across departments (front office, maintenance, accounting, sales & marketing, housekeeping, F&B, banquets). Build and mentor a diverse team, ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety standards, implement sustainability initiatives, and foster a guest-centric culture to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Requires minimum 7 years of hospitality leadership and a college degree (or equivalent experience); Hilton experience preferred. Compensation range $165,000–$190,000; benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, 401k matching, and various perks. Weekend/holiday availability expected.
Required Qualifications
- A college degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a college degree, preferably in Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism Management
- A proven track record as a successful leader as a hotel General Manager with a strong background in maintenance and facilities management
- A minimum of 7 years of hospitality experience showing progressive growth
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to meeting all deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
