Job Summary
General Manager responsible for the overall operation, strategy, and growth of the hotel. Leads multiple departments (front office, maintenance, accounting, sales & marketing, housekeeping, food & beverage, banquets, etc.), drives revenue through strategic pricing and upselling, monitors financial performance, and ensures exceptional guest experiences. Provides strategic planning, team leadership, mentoring and development, maintains regulatory compliance and sustainability initiatives, and steers capital projects while maintaining high service standards and a guest-centric culture.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of hotel experience showing progressive growth
- A college degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a college degree, preferably in Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism Management
- Hilton experience strongly preferred
- Union collective bargaining experience preferred
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
