Job Summary
General Manager will oversee daily operations of the St. Louis dispensary, manage staff, ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance, handle hiring/training, manage P&L, budget and financial performance, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include staff training, enforcing state and local cannabis regulations, inventory control and seed-to-sale familiarity, security and cash handling procedures, opening/closing duties, and supporting marketing initiatives and community relations. The role requires leadership to optimize workflows, conduct performance evaluations, ensure product knowledge and compliant operations, and maintain a positive, collaborative team culture. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years of age, MO Agent ID eligibility, and prior experience in cannabis or high-volume retail (discretionary).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or educational equivalent
- Prior experience working at a dispensary or cannabis company a plus
- Prior experience working in a high-volume retail establishment
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain MO Agent ID
