Job Summary
Oversee all Studio functionality including managing and growing multiple revenue streams, new member acquisition and retention, and staff development. Lead generation and grass-roots marketing; implement sales process to convert prospects into Intro classes; drive membership sales; manage staff schedules; coordinate with vendors and maintain accurate inventory for studio retail/products; supervise Sales Representatives and instructors; leverage ClubReady for revenue and attendance reporting; review instructor evaluations; independently handle high-level customer service decisions; collect outstanding dues; maintain cleanliness and organization; enforce policies; organize networking/community events and studio promotions; strategize marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience
- Experience in the Fitness Industry preferred
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
- Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
