Job Summary
Supervise restaurant colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability during shifts while serving correct orders within service time goals. Prepare high-quality products, maintain station cleanliness, and enforce Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards for conduct. Manage cash responsibilities, perform food and paper controls, and monitor labor and utility cost compliance. Provide direction, feedback, and coaching to ensure job duties are performed and all standards are achieved. Complete daily paperwork accurately and follow opening and closing procedures. Handle unexpected occurrences and notify appropriate parties timely. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to work a standard 40-50-hour week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Dependable, hardworking and have the ability to work under pressure and stressful situations
- Ability to work a standard schedule of approximately 40-50 hours per week
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the job
- Valid driver's license from the state of residence with a driving record maintained within company guidelines
