Job Summary
Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy for the Bancassurance channel, aligning training initiatives with organizational objectives and bank partnership goals. Oversee the creation of customized modules using blended learning approaches while ensuring content remains compliant with regulatory standards. Lead a team of trainers and mentors to foster continuous learning, conduct performance reviews, and drive the adoption of digital learning platforms. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify training needs across frontline staff, supervisors, and bank bankers, leveraging data analytics to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- 15 - 20 years of experience within the financial services and insurance sector
- Proven track record in leading L&D functions within the Life Insurance industry, specifically in Bancassurance channels
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in leveraging technology for training delivery and management
