Job Summary
Lead store culture, sales growth, and overall direction by modeling Caribou policies, staffing shifts, and managing the full recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding. Execute Role Based and promotional training, coach the team on guest recovery and complaint resolution, and maintain accurate Workday records while ensuring safety for all guests. Own the P&L, manage inventory and waste, and champion standard operating procedures using systems like CrunchTime and GoSpotCheck to meet sales goals. Requires 2-3 years of management experience, a valid driver's license, and ServSafe certification. Located in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience and or combined experience and education
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- ServSafe Certified preferred or certification within 90-days of employment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
