Job Summary
Manage store financial performance by analyzing trends, controlling budgets, and driving sales and profitability. Ensure the store is fully staffed through deliberate bench planning, while fostering team engagement via coaching, training completion, and accountability. Lead guest experience initiatives to improve satisfaction and speed of service, resolving customer relations and supply chain issues promptly. Maintain rigorous food safety standards and manage inventory to minimize waste and operational disruptions. Commit to adaptable scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience and or combined experience and education
- 18 years of age or older
- reliable transportation
- full-time (47 hours per week)
- overview hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools as they are introduced to support the business
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds
- standing for 4 to 8 hours
- accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- ServSafe certification or ability to receive a certificate within 90 days of employment
- Experience with sales building, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, recruitment, and training
- Keen aptitude for store systems including Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, TeamworX, Medallia, Workday, Beekeeper, etc.
