Job Summary
Lead the sales function and business operations for a Southern California wood floor and roof truss manufacturer. Manage a team of 15 employees, drive sales growth in the custom home and small multifamily markets, and oversee production planning, inventory, and manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency. Develop budgets, control costs, analyze data to enhance operational performance, and steward the P&L. Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners while fostering a high-performance culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and lead strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in manufacturing management
- Leadership experience within the truss or building materials industry
- Experience driving sales growth and improving sales processes, backlog forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning
- P&L management experience
