Lead and scale the company’s full operations, combining commercial leadership with operational oversight. Own the sales performance and pipeline discipline. Maintain strong channel/distributor relationships and customer partnerships. Improve consistency and transparency in operations, warehousing, inventory, and fulfilment. Embed the use of CRM, forecasting tools, and reporting discipline. Ensure collaboration and alignment with product, operations, ERP, and marketing. Shape a culture of ownership, urgency, and customer focus across the USA team. Hands-on operations and systems leadership experience in building materials/manufacturing, with experience scaling from ~US$50M to US$100M. Strong people leadership skills.
