Job Summary
Own BSN's P&L and drive growth, with particular focus on scaling the humanoid robotics segment. Build trust and close working relationships with Engineering leadership to bridge the divide between Sales and Engineering. Coach and develop a young, energetic team across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Growth & Business Development. Make clear, decisive product and go-to-market choices while representing BSN to the CEO and wider organization with independent judgment. Minimum 4 days/week on-site in Enschede, expected start Q3 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in a high-tech, industrial B2B environment
- Full P&L responsibility
- Strong product/engineering fluency
- Direct product management experience
- Track record of scaling a business unit
- Experience professionalizing commercial processes
- Experience navigating the transition from hardware-centric to software/recurring-revenue business models
- Down-to-earth, non-hierarchical leadership style
- Minimum 4 days/week on-site in Enschede
Desired Qualifications
- Adjacent high-tech B2B backgrounds (e.g., automotive ADAS, industrial/heavy equipment)
- Private equity-backed company experience
- Dutch language skills
