Job Summary
Manage daily snow removal operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance coordination, and vendor compliance. Develop and monitor the operator program covering safety, recruitment, training, and recognition while resolving client issues and exceeding expectations. Collaborate with sales on new business opportunities, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and brand standards. Review and optimize department budgets, P&L statements, and processes to drive growth. Requires 24/7 availability during snow removal seasons, long hours, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business or related discipline
- At least 2 years Snow Removal / Construction Experience or equivalent
- At least 2 years in a people management role
- Scheduling/Dispatch experience
- Advanced understanding of basic office applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see
- Long hours during snow removal operations with 24/7 availability
- Regularly/occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Account Management/Customer Service experience is a plus
