Job Summary
Lead the strategic and operational management of four co-working spaces, driving innovation, growth, and service delivery for over 420 people with disability. Oversee business development, budget management, and compliance while leading a diverse workforce and fostering collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies. Ensure high-quality service delivery across all operational sites while maintaining a focus on health, safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Travel regularly to manage on-site operations and advocate for the enterprise's inclusive vision.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant qualification
- 5+ years previous experience of proven leadership experience in business operations
- ideally within a non-profit, charity, or purpose-led environment
- Strong management skills
- demonstrated capability overseeing a large complex business operation
