Job Summary
Directly responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of the store, including recruiting and training a team of 8-12 employees. Maximize sales by creating monthly goals for the team and hitting personal targets, while managing accounting, service, collection activities, and inventory. Resolve complex customer and employee issues, delegate tasks to ensure operational success, and maintain a family-oriented atmosphere. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and availability for a flexible schedule. Background check required prior to hire.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a management role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
- Must have the ability to pass a Background Check Prior to hire
