Job Summary
General Manager for the Aurora, CO location responsible for end-to-end restaurant leadership. You will own the store’s performance, hire and develop the team, set the culture, and drive profitability through P&L management and labor control. The role includes a base pay of $26.00–$32.00 per hour DOE with incentives and bonuses, monthly performance bonuses up to $500, and overtime paid at 1.5x. Expect 40–45 hours per week with comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits and PTO. You are the CEO of your store, accountable for profitability, staffing, and operational excellence. Interviews start this week.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience with a focus on P&L and labor control
- proof of ability to hire and develop staff
