Job Summary
General Manager of a quick service restaurant (QSR) inside a travel plaza responsible for managing day-to-day operations and profitability, leading a dedicated team to meet sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality/safety targets; maintain operating budgets and controls for food, labor, and inventory; ensure compliance with brand standards and laws; develop and retain staff; oversee hiring, coaching, promotion, discipline, and transfers; enforce cash handling policies; collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities; ServSafe certification preferred; requires on-site, flexible schedule (~50 hours/week).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant
