Job Summary
Manage the entire store operation by ensuring execution of organizational objectives, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Lead a high-performing team through recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management while supervising daily task assignments. Handle all store functions including scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety compliance, and processing daily deposits and invoices. Maintain a clean, well-stocked environment and adhere to all city, county, and state regulations. Work all shifts including weekends and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties in all store areas.

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- This position requires constant standing, bending, and reaching
- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the store which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the store's perimeter
