Job Summary
General Manager at The Shores Retirement Residence (Kamloops, BC) leading the Aspira Management team to drive occupancy, financial performance, and resident experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in retirement living, hospitality or a similar sector
- Proven track record of effective team management, budget management and operational excellence
- Experience in sales and marketing to drive occupancy and engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
- Must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check
