Job Summary
General Manager for asphalt paving, production, and aggregate operations providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across plants, quarries, milling, and trucking; responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability; ensures regulatory compliance, safety, and environmental standards; develops and maintains customer relationships with DOTs, municipalities, and private clients; leads staff development and continuous improvement initiatives; oversees supply chain, vendor relationships, and reporting to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in asphalt paving, asphalt production, aggregate operations, or related construction materials industries
- Minimum of five (5) years of senior management experience overseeing multiple operational functions and teams
- Valid driver's license
