Job Summary
Lead a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and company standards while overseeing the operations of multiple portable and stationary asphalt plants in the greater St. Louis region. Develop an operational strategy for the market area, optimize equipment utilization, and manage raw materials including asphalt cement and aggregates. Hire, develop, and coach team members in partnership with Human Resources, interpret DOT plans, and prepare accurate customer quotations. Maintain a professional best-in-class image across all site operations and synchronize cross-departmental coordination to ensure zero-defect mix production. Requires 5–10 years of asphalt production experience, 3–5 years of leadership, and a valid driver's license.
