Job Summary
Oversee Front Desk, Housekeeping, Property Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Overnight teams to ensure operational standards, safety compliance, and a 4.0+ guest experience rating. Lead performance management, conduct regular inspections, and drive revenue through budget control, labor management, and RevPAR optimization. Manage the DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge operations while maintaining high cleanliness and design standards across the 137-room historic property. Requires minimum five years of senior property leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Located on Central Avenue in Downtown Albuquerque, this boutique hotel offers a modern southwestern-inspired ambiance with a focus on personalized hospitality and team development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of senior property leadership experience in a hotel environment, preferably boutique or lifestyle
- Strong Food & Beverage operational experience and financial acumen (budgets, cost control, profitability)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills; calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties throughout the day, including lifting up to 40 lbs
- Minimum three years managerial experience within a luxury hotel setting
- Flexible Schedule - Ability to manage variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Craftable or similar hotel operating/cost-management systems
