Job Summary
General Manager responsible for driving and managing the store’s overall P&L, asset management, revenue production, and associate development across the organization. Leads recruitment, hiring, training, and development of store associates; ensures inventory control, accurate reporting of financial measures, and achievement of growth and profit goals. Oversees customer care and lease activity, retention programs, and implements company guidelines and policies while maintaining high standards of service. Must demonstrate strong leadership, selling skills, energy, and professional appearance; compliance with driving record requirements, DOT physicals where applicable, drug screening, and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- satisfactory MVR (driving record)
- valid Driver’s License
- DOT physical/certification in states that require it
- drug screen
- criminal background investigation
- demonstrated selling skills
- strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain professional appearance
- effective organizational skills
- history of managing store operations and achieving growth targets
- reliable vehicle for business use (company vehicles maintenance)
