Lead multiple-unit operations as General Manager/Area Leader; oversee daily restaurant operations, staffing, training, talent development, and retention; drive customer satisfaction and financial performance; manage P&L, food safety, sanitation, and adherence to brand standards; grow sales through community involvement; mentor staff to promote internal advancement; provide on-the-job training; ensure delivery of high quality food, drink, and service; implement company training programs; recruit and onboard crew; monitor customer feedback; ensure cleanliness; maintain compliance with safety standards; participate in planning and budgeting; competitive salary and benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- Restaurant management experience at the General Manager level
- High School diploma or GED
- QSR experience required
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and great team building
