Job Summary
Inspire and support a restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and meet customer hunger needs by creating weekly schedules, coaching staff, overseeing inventory and ordering, ensuring Food Safety and cleanliness, and upholding brand standards. Lead efforts to maintain a positive family culture for employees and customers, resolve issues, and ensure marketing plans are executed on time. Monitor financial performance with the District Manager, drive operations to meet goals, and foster strong relationships with customers and coworkers while supporting growth and development opportunities for the team. Role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, inventory, training, customer service, and maintaining a safe, high-quality dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- Adequate driving record to include valid driver’s license & insurance
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours and work independently with a variety of personalities
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
